We would like to point out that we collect personal data from website visitors, interested parties, customers, suppliers, and other business partners, in particular name, address, telephone number, email address, contact details of contact persons, customer numbers, and order and delivery data, for the purpose of initiating, establishing, and processing contractual and delivery relationships, including delivery, payment, any warranty, replacement delivery, and product liability.

The personal data collected from you is necessary for the conclusion and execution of a contract, the dispatch of product information relevant to you (e.g., SDS), or for responding to a technical inquiry. Furthermore, we collect, store, process, and use this data for the purpose of customer and business relationship management, targeted marketing, and advertising for our own BRUNOX® products. Our legitimate interest in processing your data arises from our desire to promote and sell our BRUNOX® products and services and to receive the contractually agreed consideration (payment) for our services.

Personal data will not be passed on to third parties, with the exception of:
Transfers to third parties that we engage to fulfill contractual and delivery relationships, for example, to banks/payment service providers that process payments and to transport companies/shipping companies that handle deliveries:
