The processing of your data is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. We do not collect IP addresses on this website.

We would like to point out that we collect personal data from website visitors, interested parties, customers, suppliers, and other business partners, in particular name, address, telephone number, email address, contact details of contact persons, customer numbers, and order and delivery data, for the purpose of initiating, establishing, and processing contractual and delivery relationships, including delivery, payment, any warranty, replacement delivery, and product liability.

Furthermore, we collect, store, process, and use this data for the purpose of customer and business relationship management, targeted marketing, and advertising for our own BRUNOX® products. Our legitimate interest in processing your data arises from our desire to promote and sell our BRUNOX® products and services and to receive the contractually agreed consideration (payment) for our services.

Personal data will not be passed on to third parties, with the exception of:
